Via furniture is designed to give you years of satisfaction. To prolong its appearance, nothing beats proper maintenance, such as vacuuming and turning fabric cushions when reversible. A damp cloth and mild soap will remove light stains from leather; for more serious cases, call in an expert.

These warranties are for parts only. Transportation and labor are guaranteed for one year.

Power supply, contact button, rechargeable battery, cables, and handles. A technician's visit and transport during the first year following delivery of your furniture.

The parts warranty is valid as long as the part is available. Meubles Via cannot be held responsible if a part (e.g., mechanism) is discontinued by the supplier and is no longer available.

Valid on:

• All frames made of dried hardwood
• Springs and mechanisms of armchairs and sofa beds
• Zippers (zippers), Velcro, all seams and padded parts

These items are guaranteed for life when subjected to normal use.

Valid for all leathers carefully selected by Meubles Via and subject to normal use. Their longevity generally exceeds the warranty period.

Exclusions :

• Damage caused by burns, cuts, scratches (animal claws, rings, nails, clothing)
• Exposure to the sun or a heat source
• Discoloration or deterioration due to scalp oil, body perspiration, or non-recommended cleaning processes

Remarks :

• Slight color changes are normal.
• Variations in color and grain, natural marks and small scars are among the characteristics of high-quality leather.
• Full-grain leather stretches. Wrinkles will appear on the seats and backrests, which is normal after first use.

The warranty is void if any treatment has been applied to the furniture (leather or fabric) since we cannot certify the quality of the products used.

On the manufacturing and padding materials, including high density polyurethane foam, under normal use.

On the electric motors of the reclining models.

• On the components (cables, handles, power supply, buttons, rechargeable battery if applicable) of the reclining models
• On all fabrics selected by Meubles Via and subject to normal use

Pilling in some fabrics is due to the structure of the fibers and is considered normal. The same restrictions that apply to leather also apply to fabrics.

Minor noises (creaking, grinding) from metal mechanisms or wooden structure after one year of use are normal and are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty on the mechanisms does not apply if they are bent, as this does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

To keep the mechanisms quiet, it is recommended (but not mandatory) to apply white spray grease to all joints.

It is the customer's responsibility to protect their floors. Meubles Via is not responsible for scratches caused by furniture.

In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact the retailer from whom the furniture was purchased. The retailer will determine, in collaboration with Meubles Via, the appropriate measures to be taken.
